Central Reform Congregation
at Waterman & Kingshighway,
St. Louis, MO
Eric Friedman of Friedman Group
contributed to the acquisition and project
development services and chaired
the building committee for five years on
a pro-bono basis.
The 25,000 square foot building was
constructed on 2.7 acres, at a cost
of $4.7 million. Central Reform
Congregation is the only Jewish Congregation
located in St. Louis City. Eric
Friedman was a founder of the congregation
and served as Vice President of
Communications and Board Member.
The congregation has grown from
30 households to 700 households in 18 years.
The project team included Trivers
& Associates - architects, BSI - general
contractors, Dan Wofsey of Armstrong
Teasdale LLP - legal services and
Commonwealth Land Title -
escrow agents. |
